Why do I need a new welder?
UHSS steel qualities are making higher demands on the capabilities of Inverter Spot Welders than conventional steels. Working with UHSS materials in the bodyshop therefore demands the use of powerful Inverter Welders.
Why is an Inverter Welder required?
Only with high and precise controlled flow it is possible to achieve constant good welding results even for several successive welding spots.
Why does the welder need an audit facility?
In several markets the manufacturers need to be able to demonstrate that the
welding on key structural body components has been carried out correctly and by
competent trained personnel. The audit facility ensures this trace ability.
The audit can also give details of individual welds and give the operator peace of
mind of a job correctly carried out.
